Rigging & Hoisting

Every lift starts with a rigging plan, not a guess on site. We confirm sling angles and load points before the crane leaves the yard.

How it works

  1. Step 01

    Send site and lift details

Share pick weight, radius, lift height, and the Toronto site address so dispatch can match the crane class.

  2. Step 02

Confirm crane class and rigging plan

We lock the mobile crane, boom truck, or tower crane and plan slings and pick points before the truck leaves the yard.

  3. Step 03

Crew sets up and runs the lift

A certified hoisting engineer checks ground conditions, sets outriggers, and runs the pick with your crew on site.

24-hour dispatch — send load weight and dimensions and we plan the rigging before arrival.

Questions about this service

What does a rigging plan actually cover?

It covers sling selection and angles, load balance points, shackle and spreader bar sizing, and how the load will be oriented during the lift. We work this out before the crane leaves Woodstock.

Do you rig loads for cranes other than your own?

Yes, rigging and hoisting crews can support a crane already on your site, not only our own fleet.

What information do you need to plan rigging in advance?

Load weight, dimensions, pick points, and the final set location let us plan slings and spreader bars before arrival.

Who is responsible for the rigging plan on site?

A certified hoisting engineer reviews and confirms the rigging plan on arrival before any pick happens.

Do you travel for rigging-only jobs?

Yes, across Southwestern and Central Ontario, generally within about a three-hour drive of Woodstock.

Do you handle awkward or unbalanced loads?

Yes, spreader bars and multi-point rigging are planned specifically for loads that won't balance on a single sling point.
